Clean-up Animation Practice

Clean up animation is a very complex process and a very important part of animation. When drawing 2D animation, there will inevitably be traces of drafts, which need to be cleaned up in the production of films. Therefore, I chose a version of 2D animation I had done before to modify it. There are many problems in the dog walking animation before it is changed. The lines inside are uneven, and there are often traces of cleaning. What’s more serious is that the shape and size of the parts of the animal are inconsistent at every moment, and they are changing all the time. Therefore, I decided to use this work as the manuscript for my re shaping, narrow the drawing area and start drawing. Through the measurement, I ensure that the size and length of each joint of each part of the animal are consistent. It took me three hours to finish my new draft, and I painted it again. I feel much better than the previous version!

Using the same method, I also applied it to bouncing animation. I think learning new skills is my biggest gain. I will apply my skills to my graduation film in the future.
