My application of the Blue Zoo Studio
For my application experience, what I really want to talk about is the Blue Zoo, because I found that Blue Zoo is a leading animation studio in the UK, with a world-class reputation as the go-to place for creating bold, fun and characterful animation. In 2000, the studio was established, the studio has grown to become the largest dedicated animation studio in the UK, picking up a shelf full of BAFTAs along the way. Recently, I had search something about the animation of the Blue Zoo, and I found that the character in the animation are becoming more lively. I particulatly like the animation IN SHAPES from the Blue Zoo, which is talk about the exploring the insecurities of a girl at the swimming pool, the expression and the movements of the animation are very lively. Actually, I was intersted in this studio since I was a 1st year student, and I provided my CV and my portfolio to the studio. However, it was a little disappointed about that I did not selected by themselve.
However, this year, I started to submit my CV and my portfolio to the Blue Zoo again, then, I found that there is an information about the Blue Zoo in April, there have some vacancies of applying 3D Animator Internship and 3D Layout Artist, so I tried my best to do it.
Before I submitted to the studio, I updated a new version of my animation showreel, also, my CV also added some experiences of take part in animation festival, new animation experiences and so on.

Now, I am waiting for the results, no matter what the result is, I will not give up. Blue Zoo is just one of my choices, besides Blue Zoo, there are many other animation companies in the UK that I can submit my CV to. After graduation from the CSM, I can still improve my work and strive for more opportunities, and through continuous accumulation of experience, my CV and work will definitely become more and more outstanding.
