Building models of playground

Working with 2nd year students, I prefer 3D, so my assigned task is to build a model of the amusement park. In order to complete the task efficiently, after our discussion, we chose a simple lowpoly style model. Two days before the cooperation, I collected relevant amusement park materials on the Internet, such as merry go round, Ferris wheel, pirate ship and so on. Then the modeling was carried out. In order to highlight the ferris wheel and pirate ship, I added a lot of details on them. I put different facilities in groups. After being placed in the right position, I added several cameras to facilitate angle rendering. Because Arnold rendering is very troublesome, I adopted a new rendering method, rendering with Maya software. Under the guidance of Kevin tutor, I selected the appropriate shader and assigned it to different models. In this way, I don’t need to spend a long time rendering each frame, which saves a lot of time. In this cooperation, I rendered five amusement parks from different angles, which is a big scene of the story. Through this week’s cooperation, I can quickly master the choice of modeling style and the control of efficient rendering. If I use this method in my graduation works, I will greatly improve the efficiency of production.
